Beth Thomas | CEO
As CEO of Change 4 Growth, best-selling author and frequent global motivational and keynote speaker on topics such as Leading Change, Culture Alignment/Powered by Happy and Women in Leadership, Beth is truly enjoying growing the organization she started in 2017. Beth built a consulting practice for another organization and spent 12 years perfecting the services. In 2017 she bought this organization, which is Change 4 Growth. Beth has more than 25 years of experience specializing in Transformational Business Change & Readiness, Leadership, Learning & Development, Culture Shaping and Employee Engagement. Her book, POWERED BY HAPPY, and the accompanying workshop, has guided her efforts and services in helping organizations shape productive cultures and employee engagement.
Beth previously served as Senior Vice President at JP Morgan Chase where she led the retail organization’s Learning & Change Management department across the country in support of their branch network. In addition, Beth served as the Head of Knowledge & Service Management for all Limited Brands, where she led Organizational Change, Learning & Service Management activities.
Beth is also a globally recognized thought leader in Organizational Change, Leadership Training and Development and Employee Engagement. Her work has been recognized all over the world and she has been a trusted advisor to many Fortune 500 companies. She is an outstanding executive coach helping leaders lead change and foster an engaging culture. Additionally, Beth’s professional work has been recognized with national awards and in several globally circulated magazines, newsletters and blogs. She is a contributing author on four books: On Demand Learning (Darin Harley), Implementing eLearning (Jay Cross and Lance Dublin), Learning Rants, Raves and Reflections (Elliott Masie), and Lies About Learning (Larry Israelite).
Mark Deans | Vice President
As Vice President of Change 4 Growth, Mark is responsible for the execution and success of all organizational change management engagements. He is recognized as a thought leader and expert in organizational change management, leadership development, instructional design, supply chain management, product life cycle management and operational excellence based on his more than 20 years of hands-on experience.
Throughout his career, Mark has served as both an internal resource and external consultant for many Fortune 500 companies, including Cardinal Health, Nationwide Insurance and L Brands.
Carla Cole | Vice President
With responsibilities that include growing Change 4 Growth, diversifying our solution offerings, and helping to get the right folks in the right place at the right time, Carla Cole enjoys the pace and the challenge. She serves a team that includes dynamic organizational change management, human resource and leadership development professionals, stellar project management folks, as well as a great recruiting and staffing team.
Having extensive experience in sales, building high-performing teams, training and organizational development and staffing, she has been involved in technology implementations and process change initiatives in healthcare, banking, finance, insurance, manufacturing and distribution.
Carla’s commitment to serving clients and associates sets a high bar for increased organizational optimization and alignment, with measurable results and client delight. She loves what she does. The fact that every day is an adventure is just fine with her!

Kevin is all things creative. When it comes to how Change 4 Growth looks & feels, Kevin is steering the ship. With roots in academia and a passion for good design, he’s responsible for the Change 4 Growth brand & manages a talented design team.
